The Texas Demographic Center has released the Vintage 2024 Population Projections for Texas, which include the projections of the resident population of the State of Texas by age, sex, and race/ethnicity for each year from 2020 through 2060. Projections for the total resident population of all counties will be made available soon.
We are pleased to report the release of the final population estimates for Texas counties and places for July 1, 2023, and January 1, 2024. Data users can download age, sex, and race/ethnicity data by year and certain geographies using our customizing population estimates download tool.
